About OCFAL

Formed in 2002 by James F. Penland and Joe Kardonne, the Ocean City Fine Arts League promotes individual artists and provides Outreach Programs and events for the community at large. The League is a co-op of artists and with the help of a staff of devoted volunteers and administrative assistance, maintains an art gallery, open seven days a week that provides citywide event information. The main objective of the League is to educate the public about local artists and arts in general through exhibits and events and to provide a facility to nurture artists and showcase local talent.
